This method, performed with the therapist using overhead bars for support and control, allows for precise pressure and an even distribution of weight. Known for its effectiveness in releasing muscle tension and promoting relaxation, ashiatsu massage offers a distinctive and rejuvenating bodywork experience.

Ashi-Thai is a fusion massage therapy that combines the deep, barefoot pressure of Ashiatsu with the assisted stretching of traditional Thai massage. Performed fully clothed, the therapist uses overhead bars for balance to apply deep pressure with their feet and perform dynamic stretches. This technique is designed to elongate muscles, relieve tension, improve range of motion, and provide a deep, restorative experience without the use of oils. Please wear long sleeves and long pants for your appointment. Socks optional!
